That’s a tough question to answer and too often we chose to ignore it. Maybe we hope something will change and this one precious life will magically become all it can be. The reality is that positive change rarely happens by accident; it takes planning and work. That’s probably the main reason why people rarely reach their full potential. It’s all too easy to end up languishing in the wrong job, never meeting the right partner and just ‘getting by’ in life.

If you’re reading this, you’ve made a choice not to just settle for how things are, and maybe you’re wondering if a Life Coach can help you make your dreams a reality. A tennis coach can’t win the game for you and a Life Coach doesn’t have a magic formula for your success. What I can do is ask powerful questions, hold you to account, provide encouragement and offers tools for change.

I’m Adrian Harris, and I came to Life Coaching after many years of working with the body-mind connection. Mind and body form a single integrated whole. In fact, everything we feel and do is rooted in the body. Because the body is the pathway to change, my coaching is grounded in the science based principles of Physical Intelligence.
