“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
– Mary Oliver
That’s a tough question to answer and too often we chose to ignore it. Maybe we hope something will change and this one precious life will magically become all it can be. The reality is that positive change rarely happens by accident; it takes planning and work. That’s probably the main reason why people rarely reach their full potential. It’s all too easy to end up languishing in the wrong job, never meeting the right partner and just ‘getting by’ in life.
If you’re reading this, you’ve made a choice not to just settle for how things are, and maybe you’re wondering if a Life Coach can help you make your dreams a reality. A tennis coach can’t win the game for you and a Life Coach doesn’t have a magic formula for your success. What I can do is ask powerful questions, hold you to account, provide encouragement and offers tools for change. I’m Adrian Harris, and I came to Life Coaching after several years of working as Counsellor. The core skills are the same in both roles and as a Fusion® Certified Therapeutic Coach, I draw on an innovative integrated model that combines advanced coaching tools with effective counselling skills.

“Adrian has helped me find new ways to assess & reconsider what I’m about, how to place myself more positively in the world and begin to move on. He’s a brilliant listener and seems genuinely interested in what’s happening for me”.
